1290 (1980-1984)

Introduced at the same time as the similar, but more powerful 1390, the 1290 had a 58 DIN rated engine and was offered in 2 or 4 wheel drive versions. Standard features included a "luxurious" DB cab, 12 speed syncrhomesh gearbox, hydrostatic steering, single lever hydraulics, multi-speed PTO, and hydraulically operated clutch and self balancing brakes.
