Judging by how far she has sunk into the ground she`s been there a while!!
Catch 22, lot of work (and tyres needed) but if you are the sort of restorer who is going to do a full nut and bolt then you are going to strip and re-build anyway so not too bad,
Pity to see her broken up for bits and the rest weighed in so to speak. Suppose it depends on how much you`d get her complete as against her breaking value.
Looks like a 6 POT PHIL project to me - but he has one on the go already!!

I'd be happy to pop new tyres on and a good battery put her to use.
Seriously, I certainly wouldn't call that beyond saving. They always look much worse when the tyres are flat, never mind hanging off. If it was down the road and I had spare money burning a hole in my pocket and the price was sensible I'd be interested, provided it hasn't had too many vitals removed yet.
