Mixed stable?
Just wondering - what other makes of tractors do members of this forum have? Most collectors here, if they have more than a couple, usually have several brands in their stable. There is one collection nearby that consists of at last count 1 DB (a 50D) 30 odd assorted and about 70 JDs, all restored. An intersting collection to say the least. My 50TD has only a couple of Cases(distant relatives) through marriage for company along with a Fordson, Chamberlain and Allis B.
Regards,
John

Hi Again John. Looks like not many want to admit to owning any thing else but david browns .I would like to post some photos of our other tractors but would not want to offend the DB purists. Hows the 50td comming along? Got the blade fitted back up to it ? or are you leaving it as a bare machine . ian.
Hi all
I have got the 996 that I have recently purchased along with a 1955 fordson major E1A.

It is the same on the fordson and fergy forums! It is not the done thing to admit to owning something other than a fordson or fergy. I sold my fergy to make way for the David Brown. Didn't like the fergy that much, but I like the 996 a lot more!Looks like not many want to admit to owning any thing else but david browns
