Is that a 990 4wd second picture down third tractor in from the right? Looks like the one sold on ebay last year out of huddersfield way.
Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Many thanks for posting the pics - they' are great and it stirred the emotions to see the two 900's side by side and working - great stuff
Scooby - I feel compelled to jump to the 50 year old 900's defence after your observation that they didn't like the forage harvester -they were only 35 to 40 HP after all - mate of mine has what we call a silage chopper and 120HP MF2640 grunted so much that he had to go out and buy a 150HP Ford 8730 just to run it

Yes Lee it is a 990 4wd, a very scarce model I believe. It belongs to a local collector who I think bought it somewhere in England a few months back.

Just a note to thank Leslie Morrow for the excellent DB display he organised at The Braid. Where else could you get two Hurricanes working together not to mentiom three muck spreaders ? Great that Leslie's TVO 900 can still do a job of work. The DB goodies on display included a 990 4wd, 2 1200 4wds, reversible plough, rotary cultivator, earth scoop, mid mounted mower, baler and about 70 tractors including probably as many Commemoratives as turned up at Meltham the weekend before . Sorry my health did not permit me to add to the fantastic line up. Everyone had a tremendous day in spite of the atrocious weather.
Hope you won't ban my Russell Hurricane next time !!!!!
Regards
Sam
