What exactly are you looking for here?

Someone to repair your nose cone? - Someone to donate some 900 grills?

Attach some pictures of the nose cone - so we know what we are dealing with.

I don't mind having a go at it but you will have to deliver to Pembrokeshire and leave it with me for a while, Am back to work in Iraq for a month tomorrow and I would need a few weeks to do it, and then what are your expectations? I can weld in new steel and panel beat out most of the dents but you will end up with a layer of filler for it to end up looking decent - If you are looking like "As new" then you are looking for something beyond my abilities.

Order a new set of grills "to order" from DB Parts then make the rest fit.I've just done a 950 bonnet and the grills as supplied don't fit the holes and have to be taken to bits and reworked to make them fit. Ask them to leave the bottom mounts loose and they can be welded up on installation.

Part of the "Fun" involved in doing this work is learning new skills - I started with a ball pein hammer and a written off Mini 950 and worked up through a Ford Escort Sport with an old washing machine welded in to the floor - Have go yourself - It may not end up perfect but at the end of the day it is not structural only cosmetic and you can always rework it.

Thank you very much for the offer but Pembrokeshire is a bit far for me to come. Hope you have a safe journey to Iraq and appreciate you replying to me.

Regards

Phil
