track rod ends,going to put new rubbers on,do they have to be torqued up :mrgreen:

No - It's not necessary.

If it was me I would use some copper slip or the like on the taper to help get them apart in the future.

If you have the old type replace the split pins in the castleated nut or if they are the newer type replace the nylock nut with a new one.
