Black Isle Ploughing match

Not much in the way of Browns there today. Looked a lot more like Fordson country. But apart from a nasty shower near the end, it was a sunny but cold morning.

This guy wins the hard luck award from me at least. No fancy gizmos, just a regular working plough.

Making a beautiful job until...

Huge wet hole right across the middle of his patch. He tried to make something of it, but it got so soft he barely got the tractor out.

Hi DSK, There was also a lack of Brown's at the Newmachar & District (Aberdeenshire) plough match last weekend. The 1394 "Davie Broon" was there as well though so the top guys really get around.
The only other DB was a 996 that was used with a trailer to take another tractor and plough to the competition.
