Castlederg Vintage Rally 19th June

Post by nevilleporter » Mon Jun 14, 2010 7:05 am

Reminder of the Castlederg vintage rally this Saturday 19th June. Castlegore Road BT81 7RU

A lot of David Brown tractors on display and more are welcome. Are there any Ferguson Browns,Vak1, Commerative Edition 94s or unsual DB variations that could be brought to the show?
For those interested in other makes, there are plenty of them as well including vintage cars and bikes

dissappointed neville, no sign of the 1690t, but seems like you got a good crowd and lots of tractors, would have liked to have been there tho.

Thanks for the link Neville and to Chris531 for the pictures. Some what only be described as stunning tractors on display and glorious weather.

On a non tractor route though - a Mk3 `Coke Bottle` Cortina in Brown and an RS2000 Escort WITH a vinyl roof. 70`s nostalgia or what!!!!. That cortina is a stunner - could be straight from the set of `The Sweeney`

Cheers

Andy

being treated very well, was in mississippi for a week building houses after hurricane catrina, www.habitatbw.org there is a link for photos and i have lots more, build a timber frame house from scratch, about 20 of us and only 4 with hands on experience of anything trade related. very warm, was 40degree on monday but very changeable, thunderstorms nearly everyday. currently in long island new york, been told that i am working on a hotel, doing something like foreman, but not sure yet, i start tomorro morning, saw no case or oliver or david browns yet, and probably wont as i am in the town now. hope everythin is going well back in " the derg"
