This 950 David Brown was ploughing on Saturday at the Northern Ireland Ploughing Association match at Bushmills.

Good looking light soil ideal for this. Chap ploughing has made a bit of a mess cutting in, the plough is too deep and he's made his first cut too high and the entry and exit is a bit ragged. I can smell the earth from here! :)

I took these photo's of the David Brown working as we don't see many at ploughing matches and I have a great interest in the red Browns. I am no expert in ploughing
but I enjoyed my day.

Well Chris i've got to admit i sulked when i saw the photos.

I've been across the water in 03, 04, 05 to the NIPA and i HOPE to be there this year.
Miss seeing all the ploughmen especially Team Gill, i interviewed Hugh Barr and Des Wright and had shared a few drops of Bushmills after the match!!

Pete
