Superb DB`s on show there, thanks for sharing the pictures. I`ve said this before but you guys accross the water take your DB ownership and restoration very seriously.

Thanks for showing us all.

Cheers

Andy

Thanks Andy, I have posted these photo's to let you all see that the David Brown scene in Northern Ireland is very strong with a high standard of restoration with lots on
static display, road runs and Vintage ploughing.

we'll have to get over to have a proper look at you lads with the Last Tractor and club shop etc, I think you're definately overdue a visit.

got to work it round work/family etc but let us know if there's a big event on next summer you think we could attend, North or South .

regards

Chris

Great photos Chris531 was great turn out on the day and stayed dry which was most unusual! missed you in the rally field for a yarn! maybe see you at crossgar DB event 26th sept.
Madders, your idea sounds good, and for all us db men over here to have the last tractor in attendance would be a day to remember. I know The Traction Engine Club of Ulster is having a large db day next July at their annual rally in Ballymena Co.Antrim as one of the organisers mentioned to me about helping with publicty of the event. A very good show of DBs at Garvagh and good pictures Chris.I went to a rally at Dromore Co Tyrone, a lot of tractors , cars and people, and as Darwin said it stayed dry, but the 2 DBs and Case 2090 I took were lonely as only one 880 came as well.
Madders, that would be great to have the last tractor over here, Ballymena is a well attended rally and if the DB display is as good as Mount Stewart was 4 years ago(200 DBs) it will be worth seeing.

Madders that would be a bit special for me to get the chance to take photo's of the last David Brown ! As for the club shop I could see a problem as the day could cost me a fortune ! I hope Darwin can make something of this and if the date suited Madders with the enthusiasim of Darwin with the support of Sam,Neville,Leslie and other David Brown owners this could be a day to remember. The Ballymena venue is central to most (sorry Neville) and is probably the best venue in Northern Ireland for a vintage show.
