Selling Tractors With Removed Cab.

There are always a few D.B tractors listed for sale that have for whatever reason, had the cab or frame removed. Under the Health and Safety Act it is illegal to sell a tractor that has had the cab or frame removed, if the buyer should be unfortunate and turn the tractor over and be injured or killed the seller is liable. If you know anyone thinking of selling a tractor that has had it's cab or frame removed, unless they put it back on, they should be told.
