You'll be changing to one of the rarest sizes of tyres found on tractors, are they off a JD 3640 by any chance? Its only these that seem to have them.

They are of a case mx 110 they are rare as the mx had 28s on the front they are 540 65 26 but i think i will just keep my 24 and put 540 65 24s on saves any probs

Fitted some new 26 inchers the other day, you can still get them ok, but if you ruin one it might take a day or two to get one as not many firms will keep them for stock. Just a thought if the tractor is one that you couldn't do without for any length of time. On 24s or 28s and you can be back on the road within hours.

Please do after they do have David Brown heritage, I have a 5140 and Mx 110 and they pull like no tomorrow, the 5140 was dynoed at 140hp on the pto, and the MX is not far behind!

I just opened the fuel pump about 1 turn, and when it finished on the dyno, which was one that only went up to 135hp, it just started to make the old girl change tune a bit. When i got back in the tractor I found the air conditioning was on!!.
The chap with the dyno reckoned it was 140 plus on the pto.

These Maxxums with their Cummins engines always go well, and mine seems to go really well. Mine is a synchro model.

I have had it 15 years and bought it as an ex demo. Restored it 2 1/2 years ago, and still looking good!
