1394 cab rot

I have known for some time that I’m going to have to look at sorting the cab in the 1394 sooner or later. It looks like sooner is coming round faster than I anticipated.

I was out turning some hay, well wet grass, this weather is also not going well and I hit a rut in the field. The windscreen decided to fall out, luckily the diverter valve on the loader stopped it dropping right out and going under the back wheel.

I’ve had a good look over the cab and it’s past it. Are there good cabs out there to be found? And do I need to look for a replacement from a 1394 hydra-shift or will a synchro fit with a few mods?

Am I safe to assume other 90 and 94 series would be different?

Hi they are all the same cabs only difference is 90 series is one piece and 94 is two piece --unbolts half way down so any cabs or part of will fit.

Things are defiantly bad, after reading a thread the hear the of the day about the lift arms only going half way down, I realised I had a probloem I didn’t know I had. So I was freeing off the lowering speed control and while leaning on the inner wing I almost went though!

Would anyone know ware I might find a good cab? Also don’t the 1494 and bigger tractors have a flat floor, I take it this would cause an issue on a 1394?
