Ware to mount loader joystick in a 1394

Post by Mover » Sun Mar 10, 2019 6:46 pm

I am going to be fitting a cable operated joystick in the 1394 for the loader.

Looking for ideas as to the best location to mount the joystick, so as not to interfere with other controls. Ideally it would mount ware the gearstick lives but for obvious reasons that’s not possible. The only location that stands out is near the windscreen to the right of the dash but it is a bit of a Stretch, any closer to the operator and it interferes with the hydra-shift control.

We had ours on the right hand side of the dash. It was a stretch but you get used to it.

Hi, I moved my hydrashift lever over to the rhs console when I brought my tractor a few years ago and when I fitted my loader last year I used the old hydrashift mounting holes in the dash for the joystick. Works well
