As you will be aware we have been seeking legal advice regarding the liabilities within this forum. After working closely with our solicitor we are pleased to announce that the new disclaimer (below) has been put in place with immediate effect, this will be an open forum and not members only and will be continuously monitored and updated for future improvements

Glad to see you found a sensible solution to the situation.

Pretty sure you should be able to add that as to new account creation, make it extra clear to new users.
