ollek is spot on in my opinion, new rings will probably solve your rear main seal leaking problem, I found leaving the oil filler cap off stopped rear seal leaking almost immediately. I fit a u shape piece of radiator hose so the oil mist coming out of the cap is pointed down twords the ground

with the battle scarrs on the piston this shows its been tight/warm at some stage,i would like to see the block and its scoring,it is quite possible it is going to need boring and pistons plus the crank grind and shells,and then will last you out!
