David brown 25p dimensions

Post by Ajax123 » Tue Dec 12, 2017 9:50 pm

Hi all

Brand new to this forum and indeed to David Brown tractors. In fact I have just agreed to buy my first ever tractor to work on my small holding in Lincolnshire. Hopeful that the tractor iv e agreed is is good Nick mechanically and will not give me problems at the price I paid. My first issue which is why I'm here initially is Bout how I get it home. Will one of these fit on a standard plant trailer. I can find the length and weight but cannot find anywhere the width from wheel to wheel. Can anyone help. The plant trailer I have is for standard mini digger...

Hi the width will vary with tractor to tractor as it is adjustable. Best way is to contact the seller and get them to measure it
1394 4wd
1294 4wd
30D
990x2
880
780x2
900

if it is any help, I moved years ago 2 Cropmasters when I bought them from where they were located to my shed on a standard 3.5ton minidigger trailer, the wheels being set on the tractor at what I would call standard operating width, so if owner doesn't want to measure then maybe he will confirm if the track width setting is around "normal" width. Since restoring one of them I now move it around on an Ifor Williams LM model trailer which is 5ft6 x 10ft deck size.
Cheers
