If your tractor has a tandem pump and the flow from both pump cambers are combined, then the loader will work but not the 3-point hitch. Look to see if the tandem pump lever in the right hand panel is in the combined position. I take that you have an operators manual for your tractor. If not, get one soonest, the manual will show you all the levers and tell you how they are functioning. The 1210 has a pump driven from the front of the engine crank shaft and this mean that the pto clutch have no impact on the pump drive. If the feed to the loader is taken from a double acting valve, then the reason can be a sticking By-pass valve. This is the same for both single and double chamber pumps. For further discussions around the problem we will need to know the model year of the tractor as well as witch cab is fitted.
