Help with starter motor part

Post by wheelbarrow » Sun Feb 08, 2015 10:41 pm

Ive looked at various sites but can't seem to find the bit I'm after. I need the small 2" length of wire that goes from the starter solenoid to the starter motor. Any help gratefully accepted

Do you mean the flat angled piece of copper? If so you should be able to find one from your local auto electrical supplier, this bit usually comes with the solenoid if you buy just the solenoid, or find one from a scrapper.

Thanks, mines not a copper strip, it's a cable with eye like connectors each end. I'll try my local car place.
