DB 1412 HOW DO YOU RATE THEM

Post by tomwill » Sat Jan 14, 2012 3:05 am

Just would like some comments on the 1412 as i think they are one of the most underated Tractors.I was baling hay with my 1594 using a New Holland 7060 round baler when i had trouble with the pto,i know what the trouble was however no time to fix it as rain was coming, so we pulled the harness out and installed it in the 1412 and knocked out 180 bales with ease.Cheers Tom Will.

A very handy machine they are Tom. I would like to see what mine does on the dyno just so I have a feel for how far off originsl horsepower she is. Nimble and hydrashift is a great for a machine of that era.
