surely the spring connecting to the rack from the govenor will calm it down a bit, mind you a worn rack makes them hunt a bit so cant imagine there is much of a dampner

i was just after a loader to throw on a 990 i recently sold, maybe this 885 loader is a bit to good to mess around with, one of the old brown (al??) loaders would do the trick, they seem to come up on e bay every now and then

Direct seeding works better now because of roundup but you have to leave for a period of time for it to do it's work and kill off all vegitation and to become inert otherwise, if you seed too soon while the spray is still active, you'll kill your new seed as roundup also acts as a pre-emergant. if that valve was stuck i think you would have a few more problems, i pop the valves in the pillar drill chuck hand tight and clean them on the spin, probably has its dangers so its up to you, tcu shouldnt affect it unless your using your trailer tip in tcu/external services

anyone ever had expierience of fitting a 885 loader onto a selectamatic 990, i reckon it will go im certain ive seen the same loader on a 1290, any thoughts, cheers

get the synthetic dot 4 back out of her as ssoon as possible, this will wreck your seals, you need a mineral based fluid, anything LHM will do, the green stuff,

that and classic tractor turning up today with dbs all over it and me in there, fire up the bitter shandys!!
