It sounds like your power steering Cylinder or Orbitrol motor is by-passing, both can be tested on the Tractor,

You have to remove one of the Hyd fittings from the larger pipe in order to pass it through the Clutch Bell Housing, that pipe acts as a support & also supplies oil to the lift Cyl's, when you have it through the Bell Housing there is two special half moon pipes that has to be installed as w...

You said a DB Stack valve sold for $630.00 Canadian on E-Bay, i have one, complete with base plate that i would sell for $300.00 & if you needed the Power-Beyond-Pate for the top of the Stack Valve it would be $80.00 extra.

you said this only happens when you are going up a Hill, fill the fuel tank all the way to the top & see what happens, if it works OK, then i would check the pipe inside the Tank, also check the vent on top of the filler cap,
