Re: 880A Selectamatic information request

Tidy job 8)
Try giving mig welding wire a go it may go through easy as it bends with the tube, then use this to pull the cable through.

Re: I'm Sure Someone Can...

That was a trip loader that’s been converted to hydraulic tip. You can see the trip part still on the back of the bucket. If you look at the head on pic of the bucket you can see the holes wear the tines would have been fitted when new. that shows that the bucket is a home made effort based on a muc...

Re: Pick up hitch

Is the hook not interchangeable with a Clovis (straight) drawbar on the puh? I have both on the 885 and I’m sure we had the same on the 1390 my brother now has.

Re: Pick up hitch

With the puh lifted I have managed to get a tyre lever in between the hitch and the hooks to unhook one in the past when the cable snapped but if it’s seized that might not help. Good luck with it.

Check the drum hasn’t got a lip worn on the edge, I’ve seen that stop drums going back on on other machines before now

Re: Steering arm and or ball joint remval

Have you tried a ball joint splitter on the lower one? I use this type, seems to work on most things

Re: C25 hydraulics

One option is to find a knackered hedge cutter, that gives you pump, oil tank, and spool block.

Re: C25 hydraulics

My 25d is fitted with the valve, I will get a pic or 2 for you so you have half a idea what your looking for. Hopefully you find one. A two way valve has to be connected to the front of the three point linkage hydraulic cylinder. The valve location is on the front left side of the rear axle, behind ...

Re: Engine oil pressure

I finally got round to testing the oil pressure today, came back at 45 psi warm and a touch higher when cold. My workshop book (IT shop Manuel) says a min of 40 psi so I’m happy with that unless someone that knows better can correct me? Thanks for the help from everyone but I will be changing the sw...

A lot of glues don’t like petrol, but some give off some nasty fumes as they melt so go easy!
