Hi anyone know if there are any differances between non turbo and turbo 1690 motors i seem to remember something about a stronger crank probably different inj pump setting are there any records of the nomber of 2 wheel and 4wd 1690s made.

Hi we have always used EP80 in gear box and EP140 in final drives 85-140 should be fine. the lighter oils that were recomended for gearbox were just not high spec for really hard work and resulted in worn out gearboxs before their time especially MP oils probably not so important for light work that...

Sparex have the rubber boots but they are not as tight fit on leaver as originals and would leak water if in rain so i wrapped plastic electrical tape round boot top and leaver that was on a 1200

Hi try operating the hand leaver on fuel lift pump when it goes to 2 cylinders and see if it picks up lift pumps can have problems with operation

Have Bareco or other got similar pin on their stands at Ag suppliers or get a 3/4 bolt with long enough thread to go through arm use two half width nuts and cut off length to suit staberliser end and drill hole for clip pin cheers Geoff

Brought a new pump and operating rod length new is 36mm old one was worn 3mm hope the cam isnt as bad the new pump has warning to use thick gasket included or no warrenty old pump just had paper gasket maybe a clearance problem was found will try her in work tomorrow and see what happens

Hi do you mean the lower lift arm pins or staberliser arm pins on lift arms lower arm pins on 1200 were 1 1/8 Inch bolts stab arm pins on lift arms are cat 1 bolt on pins your 1412 is probably like my 1690t with a drop in pin on conector on lift arms if that has broken you would probably have to mak...
