does anyone know which serial number they changed the power ratings at as been told my 1200 could be an earlier one but not sure whether it is a higher or lower power one the serial number is 1200a 703062

i get mine at cost price :wink: due to working at a claas dealership and the oil we sell is baisically morris lubricants oil think i saw some massey cans o the lorry too

i work at a claas dealership and the backend oil we use is cht80 and looking at the viscosity of this it looks to be the same as engine il however i have been told this oi has something in it for the brakes

the merlos we sell are on mitas tyres and these are terrible as the sides of the cleats peel off

its ok havent got the tractor yet only considering it got other jobs to do on my tractors first like tidying up and welding up my 1200's loader

thanks and yes with the cav minimec pump on theat 2.5m flail topper you see on the back brings her to her knees have had it from 1800 revs of whatever it is for 540 pto right down to 750 revs once that made the black smoke fly but doesnt take much to drag her down and it cant be just because i am us...

our 1210 has got the cav minimec inline pump and is quite gutless really only donne 5000 hours as for our 880 it pulls like a train and has got 8000 hours on the clock i do like the 1210 though especially with the q cab on only thing is the doors are a bit narrow http://i567.photobucket.com/albums/s...

ok none of ours have done it been reliable machines really and over the years we have had a cropmaster a 30d a 900 a 950 a 990 imp a 880 imp (3 pot i know) 880 selectamatic (again 3 pot) 2 1200's 2 1210's and a magpie 1494 never had any major problems at all with them apart from the 1494 taking all ...

yes what i meant was the timing gears have failed and caused pushrods to bend and yes i will still have a look

ok been told probably bent pushrods but you never know could be more damage than that as head is on
