The photo is extremly helpful. I can see that the pins at the back of the arms are actually for holding the rams and the stand looks pretty simple to make.

Our DB 885 has a quick detach loader. I have read that David brown made a stand which allowed you to detach the loader and drive the tractor out from it. I have found two pins on the arms which I suspect is where the stand(s) were attached but can anyone please tell me what the stand looked like as ...

Thank you for the information. All of those fixings you mention are either missing or rusted away so I am starting from no where. DB 885 bonnet fixing

I am restoring a very rusty bonnet for our DB885. Can anyone tell me the way it is fixed on to the tractor or perhaps provide a photo. All of the original fixing parts seem to have been rusted away.
