JP Belguim The 880 4WD you have serial number 880A 559809S U2210 is a Selene axled 12speed tractor . The chassis was assemblied on the factory line on 25th Sept 1970 .the engine number AD3/55A 29440 was assembled between 14th and 21st August 1970 . Hi Are the u numbers actually stamped on the chassis of all the tractors beside the serial number . ET usually stands for experimental tractor or prototype . what are the details of your other 990 4wd.

It looks like someone has screwed out the free play adjuster bolt so the clutch pedel cant do anythink. the bolt needs screwed back in untill you have 1 to 1.5 inches of free play . there should be a spring on there too.

I found more details of the 785 model listed in an entry in the factory drawing office register in 1971 . it lists the Unit numbers for optional bonnet lighting set ups and even the unit number U1485 for the 785 bonnet transfers.

The 785 was an officially produced factory model . They were produced in small batches from 1971 to 1978. They were a rebadged 885 much like the 380. It was an economy build version of the 885 stripped to a very basic specifiction with many parts common to the prevoius model 780. The serial numbers ...

DPA pumps in general never need calibrated thats the whole point in there design. The pumps are on old tractors and most people here could easily do any repairs and setup on a dpa pump no problem as well as finding and repairing any faults . Anybody on here should always have a go at repairing a DB ...
