Hydraulic problem

Has anyone had any past experience with 990 Implematic hydraulics.We have put a pressure gauge on and only getting 500psi on full revs.stripped it out and took the pump apart but nothing visually wrong ie o rings ect.Put an hydraulic pump on where the pipework where the pump fits and pressured up to...

Control valve unit

I am looking for a complete control valve housing for a 990 Implematic.The handwheel shaft has sheared and broken off therefore it's got no wheel.Complete unit wanted if possible.

Can anyone advise me where I can purchase a rubber hose for the air intake on a 990 Implematic. It is the one that joins the intake manifold to the air cleaner .The one that steps down in size.

Yes i see what you mean the gearing will be the same only the engine would have more load because of the little bit more weight.

Road speed

On a recent thread i mentioned that the rear tyres on my 990 implematic were water ballast now with new inner tubes fitted would the road speed increase seeing all the weight of the water is no longer there and would of it added to cracking between the tread.

The lever is as you say about half an inch off the casing that part is correct but the lever is solid and will not turn.

When the plate on the cross shaft is taken off you can see that the 2 pins on the end of the shaft of the lever are fully engaged in the plate on the cross shaft but when the linkage goes up and down it doesn't turn.

When the 3point linkage goes up and down the lever doesn't move and like i say is stuck solid.

Yes i see there are 2 screws with countersunk heads which I can't get any purchase on as right in front is a upright of the rollbar making it neigh on impossible.

Overide control lever.

The overide control lever on my 990 implematic is seized solid and will not turn or move in and out.Have tried lubrication from inside and out but it will not budge.Any ideas greatfully received.
