another thought, the rataining plug that hold the bypass and hold valve, i see theres 2 different part numbers... any reason? both look identical

she has had a new pump..... that small orifice washer looks to have a bigger hole than one in a 880... isit meant to be?

main one under belly on a belly casting. That plug is also your hydrashift suction filter. You clean it in petrol. You should also remove the belly casting it screws into as the main hydraulic suction filter lives in there. And there's a drain plug at the back under the diff. Only filter you change ...

Its working some shape again. The latching valve had stuck. Removed this and the 2 top valves. And left engine run to flush. Cleaned the valves again. And its responding to lever. Im looking at the disc with a hole in it. Compared to one from a 880 the home is huge?

Took a disk from a 1490. Hole looks alot smaller all it will do now it lift

hole is bigger than 0.8. I can see light around 0.8 mm welding wire. Can I use the insides of the valve from another unit?

Yes plate was there. No nylon screen though. Hole should be 0.8?

Hi My 1594 has a hydraulic lift problem. With the lift lever down and the arms down if you rev the engine they'll lift. Let the revs off they'll go back down. I've cleaned the 2 valves in the top. And took out the latching valve. I also checked the latching valve sleeve and that lines up with the ho...

Only difference I know is the end inside the control box. I think a 1410 still has a cam in there. 1594 has pins onto levers
