RE: 1412 rear wheels

As far as I know the PAVT wheel is not an option here. MF wheels also suit. Cannot see where they are available though other than second hand if you can get them.

RE: Help / advice needed on a DB 1210

Regards running on 3 cylinders - what sort of injection pump do you have? Are you sure 4 is not firing due to injector? If Minimec pump they usually need a bit of a refurb at about 35 years of age

RE: Lift on a 1200

when you push the hydraulic system lever all the way back (toward lift arms) can you hear the hydraulic system whining and relief valve go off? When you do, shift the selector dial from depth to height? It has to be under load to move it. I assume you dont have a three way valve located at your left...

I would get the injection pump reconditioned, especially if it is missing.

RE: DB1412 Oil leak from turbo

Is there much play in the turbine shaft or wear on the fins rimmos? Is it an early 1412 or later one? Holset turbo? Search turbo on the forum for some more pointers.

I would agree with iglode's comments on 996, much heavier machine, great gearing, good brakes and very reliable motor. I used a later 996 4wd with a 2tonne fork lift on the front on vegetable farm. It was unstoppable and could lift and carry anyting you wanted in any conditions. Hand clutch good too...
