Copper sealing washers should not be used on 30D injectors.

You already have the oil pressure and charging warning lights. If there isn’t a hydraulic filter transmitter switch under the PTO gearbox unit there in no need to drill the dashboard etc.

The sender for the blocked hydraulic filter is situated on the underside of the PTO unit. If the tractor does not have this sender there will not be a warning light in the dash.

The idle rpm should be no lower than 700 and the maximum should be no higher than 2200. It is not possible to change the crank main bearings without removing the engine. There is normally a slight delay for the oil to reach working pressure. On these old tractors this is perfectly normal. The pipe normally protrudes through the hole in the bottom of the trough under the fuel pump.

The filter is located on the underside of the gearbox and is accessed by removing the cover that contains the drain plug.
