thanks as usual Ollek, if the clutch is slipping, is it a brand new clutch required, or is there an adjustment option on the tractor somewhere?

hi.. can anyone shed any light on this please... I went to get a pals small trailer from a field, the tractor drove there fine, but once I hitched up the trailer, the tractor sunk a little into the muddy ground,when I put it in gear to pull away, the tractor didn't move, it seemed to be that because...

but is it right that there is water coming out of the little hole..
how's the water get in?

hi, why do I get water dripping out thru this bottom inspection hatch!!..
I think its just rain water..

thanks for the info,
splitting the tractor,... that sounds like a mammoth job, as we have the cab fitted, so would need some heavy lifting gear etc.
fingers crossed that we can free what ever has stuck..

well I managed to get the part from a very helpful company called Barclay Williams in Evesham. ordered on Friday, delivered Saturday!!, brilliant.. anyway.. it looks like the reason the part failed was due to something being seized, please can someone tell me how best to approach this job, as how to...

Most likely cause is the release bearing cross shaft has tightened up in it's bushings and when the clutch pedal has been pressed it has bent the rod We had the same thing happen with our 1410 thanks James, I pressed the clutch pedal further down, to release the block of wood that I use to keep the...
