I want to line bore a AD4/55T block (big crankshaft). Does anyone know the ground measure of the crankbore? (That means the diameter of the bearing hole in the block without the bearingshells) Thanks in advance checked an i&t manual dont know how accurate it is but here goes crank main journal bore...

serial numbers 82 start 11214371 to end of 83 11214872 last number, your tractor was the 135th off the line if numbers are consecutive.

i think the last serial number would probably be a comm ed thats a late 87 number,the info i have here shows that no 1694s were built in 88

the 1694 pictured is around mid 86 too old to be a comm ed 83 start serial no 11222101-last 1694 11531331.

had the same non bubling cells on a battery here,if you tap the battery some cells will start to bubble but not for long, changed my one for a new one after.i herd a few years ago even the best batteries only had a life of about 2 years probably better now.

the piston should tap out easly enough or use a blast of air at low pressure in the hole closest to the closed end you may have to block the other hole that should move it seals should'nt be hard to find and case dealer should be able to get them,it's been a while since i fixed one seals may not be ...

a 4/49 eng number suggests yours is a 990 or maybe someone fitted a 990 block,11097610 is from early to mid 79.hope this helps

the sender is between the windscreen and the dash under a rubber cover its held on with a clip which should turn and release the sender the dash covers a small part of the hole you should be able to get the sender past it. tom

the info i have your's is early 83,serial no start at 11188539 so yours would be the 1090th tractor that year i don't know which month/week it was built, my info shows db started building the 94 series in early 83.going by this your's was built during the 94 series production run.tom

i got one years ago from a mf dealer the plug that connects into it is a standard fitting i think.
